It is the goal of Jackson Personal Transportation Training & Technical Services, LLC to provide excellent instruction and training of safe, effective, and enjoyable riding and operation of all makes, models, and styles of bicycles, all varieties of Segway Personal Transporter products, and all varieties of TRIKKE Electric Vehicles. 

 

Further, it is my mission to assemble, maintain, and repair every piece of equipment entrusted to me to the highest standards possible, and return it to the customer in factory form.  I want every customer to feel that I value their safety and satisfaction the same as if it were my family riding the equipment that I service.  “If I wouldn’t put my wife or child on the equipment that I assemble and service, or I haven’t trained the customer to the same level of skill , then it’s not good enough for the customer either.”
